which verion are you using? latest is ver.75 do all scans fail, or only this particular one?

Could you also change set focr_verbose to 3? This could help discover the problem.

Problem was surely caused by the bugs fixed in revision 76, please try the newest revision. If the problem persists, reopen this ticket and describe what happens :)
