Use Bayes instead of static wordlist

Perhaps decoding words (or possible words) before the other SA rules run would be useful.

1. If any URLs are in the image, URIRBLs would have a chance to catch them. 2. bayesian filtering would be performed on text. 3. Other SA rules like excessive exclamation marks etc. would be able to have effect.
